How to Get Your Free Ticket

1. Visit the official Urban Air National Adventure Day page for the KidHub app download links.
2. Download the app and complete your account registration by 11:59 p.m. local time on Friday, October 9, 2026.
3. Check the app on October 9 for your free ticket.
4. Confirm that your local Urban Air participates in the offer.
5. Use your ticket during the listed redemption period, October 9 through November 23, 2026.

Your app download and account registration must both be completed by the deadline. Urban Air says there is no grace period for registrations completed late.

When Will the Ticket Appear?

Tickets begin going out on October 9 at 6:00 a.m. Central Time. If you register before October 9, your ticket will not arrive before distribution begins.

If you register on October 9, allow at least one hour for the ticket to appear. Urban Air also says recipients will receive a confirmation email, so check your inbox and spam folder.

The ticket appears on the KidHub homepage on the day it arrives and in the calendar after National Adventure Day. If it has not appeared within two hours of registering on October 9 and you plan to visit that day, Urban Air advises checking with the park’s front desk.

What Does the Free Ticket Include?

The offer includes Unlimited Play with no time limits for regular All Day Play. Guests who qualify for Shorty 40 access will receive that ticket instead.

Adventure socks and a waiver are required. Socks are not included with the free ticket. You can purchase them at the park or bring your Urban Air socks from a previous visit.

At parks with go-karts, the official page says you can upgrade to Unlimited Play+ for $10. The upgrade is optional.

Existing Users and Urban Air Members Qualify

You do not need to be a new KidHub user to receive this offer. Existing registered users qualify too.

Current Urban Air members in good standing may use their free ticket to bring a friend. Members who do not already have KidHub must download the app and register by the deadline.
